OpenRules^® is an Open Source Business Rules Management System (BRMS). It utilizes commonly used tools such as MS Excel, Eclipse IDE, and Google Spreadsheets. OpenRules^®provides a suite of open source components for Rules-based Application Development:

OpenRules also offers Add-on Components such as Rule Compressor™ and PDF Generator.

OpenRules relies only on Free Open Source tools/libraries created and maintained by different Open Source contributors. The product can be downloaded from here. The downloadable Open Source software includes copies of all related freely distributed 3rd party products in accordance with their Open Source licenses. The source code is available upon requests.
