The standard fee for the complete OpenRules installation is $49.95.  If it is really difficult for you to pay this amount you may pay less: 

 $29.95

After a payment is completed, you will receive an individual Username and Password by email and will be able to download the latest complete OpenRules version.

If it is difficult for you to pay any fee, send a request with explanations to cannotpay@openrules.com, so you might receive the latest OpenRules release with all sample projects and sources for free. You may download an Evaluation version as well.
